You’ve probably seen Sarah on the Seven Network’s Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise breakfast TV shows - as their resident nutritionist. And her book The 10:10 Diet has been sitting nicely at the top of the charts.
It’s also no secret that Sarah is behind the physical transformations of many of the Weekend Sunrise TV hosts - they get up at 3am, and she talks us through how she flipped the way they eat, which you might find helpful if you’re a shift worker or travelling a lot.
I also chat with the single mum of three about how her Greek heritage has influenced her work today, why fad diets really don’t work, the best eating plans to feel more energised, and her killer secret hangover cure.
